HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We can arrange shipment for your order. We ship to Winnipeg and Southeast Manitoba with prices ranging from $50 - $350+ depending what you are getting from us and how remote the location is. 
We can also arrange shipping with a forklift for larger orders.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Our products are final sale. This helps us to stay away from selling seconds to our customers and ensures less overhead so that every customer gets the best price we can offer.  

That being said if you have a legitimate concern please reach out to us directly and we will discuss with you personally as we do make exceptions on a case-by-case bases.

WHAT GRADE OF LUMBER DO YOU CARRY?

All of our pine lumber is Heritage Grade, Lodgepole pine, STK (Select Tight Knot) and has been professionally dried in a kiln. The manufacturer uses a slower drying process in the kiln so that the boards stay straighter.

The contractors that purchase from us say they have 10% less waste compared to the "Cottage Grade Pine" sold at other lumber yards.

Our hardwood lumber is typically rough sawn and graded as FAS and Select or Better.
